Greg Spiker

Greg Spiker is President and CEO of Ken Spiker & Associates (KSA) and General Manager to the Big Independent Cities Excess Pool (BICEP). At KSA, he is responsible for providing management and government consulting services to public and private sector clients.

Mr. Spiker currently represents the Independent Cities Association (ICA – 54 cities) and has served ICA for over 15 years as both a management consultant and General Manager. He served as a management consultant and General Manager to the Independent Cities Risk Management Authority (ICRMA – 31 cities) from 1990 – 2002. He has served as consultant to the Alameda Corridor-East Construction Authority (ACE) from 2001 to the present. Mr. Spiker also represents the interests of various private sector clients, including the Retired Los Angeles City Employees, Inc., and Los Angeles Parking Association.

Previously, Mr. Spiker served as investment consultant for Monex international, where he was responsible for market sector analysis, portfolio allocation consultations and advising clients on market conditions.He holds a B.S. in Business Administration from San Diego State University.
