CCCA Hosts Dinner With State Controller Chiang and Senator Padilla

The California Contract Cities Association hosted a dinner featuring California State Controller John Chiang, and State Senator Alex Padilla at the Sirocco Restaurant in Indian Wells. The dinner was sponsored by California Consulting, Kosmont Companies, Auction.com, Lee & Associates, Cerrell Associates, Fulbright & Jaworski, Keenan & Associates, Schneider Electric, Piper Jaffray, and Dart Container.

Senator Padilla and State Controller Chiang both gave speeches about the California state budget.

“The Contract Cities Association does a great job representing their members. We salute Contract Cities for their excellent advocacy for municipalities,” said California Consulting Southern California Director Paul Solano. “The fact that these companies came together collaboratively to jointly sponsor a dinner is significant. We were very honored to have our State Controller John Chiang and Senator Alex Padilla both speak to the attendees about the state budget.”

CCCA serves as a rallying point for cities contracting for municipal services so that cities ensure their constituents the best service at the minimum cost. Through municipal seminars, education, exchange of ideas and information, the CCCA combines resources to influence policy decisions affecting our member cities.
