Free Speech vs. Hate Speech: Discussion to be Hosted by ACC-OC

Tomorrow evening, Dec. 4, the ACC-OC and chairman Shawn Nelson will be co-hosting a panel discussion with the Orange County Human Relations Commission in the North Orange County Community College District Board Room. The presentation, titled Free Speech vs. Hate Speech, will take place from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. and feature five panelists; city attorney Michael Houston, free speech attorney Bardis Vikili, commissioner of the Orange County Human Relations Commission Rabbi Rick Steinberg, Fullerton Chief of Police Dan Hughes and law professor Manoj Mate. The panel will be moderated by executive director of the Orange County Human Relations Commission, Rusty Kennedy. The event is free and open to anyone who wishes to register online. Those with a passion for the intricacies of the law will want to make time to witness this compelling discussion.
