On November 19, the Santa Ana City Council approved an agreement with Liebert Cassidy Whitmore for labor negotiation assistance. The agreement is for a term of one year in an amount not to exceed $75,000. The City’s agreements with POA and SEIU expire in June and negotiations will begin prior to the end of 2013.
