California Consulting recently announced the addition of Rogér Fahr to their grant writing team. Fahr’s previous experience includes 15 years with the West Contra Costa Unified School District (WCCUSD), which encompasses six cities in the San Francisco East Bay Area. During his tenure with WCCUSD, Rogér raised over $70 million in federal, state and private foundation grants for a student population of over 30,000.

“California Consulting is excited to welcome Roger Farh to our team. Our grant writers have written 522 competitive grant applications that have been funded since we opened in 2004 and we are confident Roger will continue that success,” said California Consulting Southern California Director Paul Solano.

Fahr retired from the WCCUSD in 2008 and started his own consulting company, through which he raised over $30 million for Bay Area school districts, adult education programs, county offices of education, city departments, and a number of community-based non-profit organizations.
