PARS Renews CCMF Sponsorship

The California City Management Foundation announced that PARS has renewed their position as a CCMF Corporate Benefactor Sponsor. PARS works hand-in-hand with public agencies to design strategic retirement solutions that address their specific organizational and financial needs. Their latest innovation, the PARS Pension Rate Stabilization Program (PRSP) – Section 115 Trust is designed for setting aside funds (pre-funding) to address unfunded pension liabilities and future pension rate increases — with the added value of local control, access to funds at any time, and potential for greater returns than the general fund. As pioneers of this concept, PARS has received IRS approval to further insure the trust.

“CCMF thanks PARS for renewing their generous sponsorship. It’s so valuable to have their longstanding support in the CCMF family, especially from an organization that places so much importance on the growth and success of our state’s local government leaders.” – Wade McKinney, CCMF President

CCMF corporate sponsors enjoy a number of benefits including sponsorship recognition on the CCMF website, access to the CCMF weekly electronic newsletter, and invitations to members-only activities and special events at the annual League of California Cities City Manager Department conference.
