Tripepi Smith welcomed Alexis Mendez, a Corona resident, as its newest Junior GraphicDesigner on July 31, 2023, in a cohort of six new additions to the company.
“As a designer, I embrace the company philosophy of ‘Always-Be-Learning’. I view myself as a life-long student who adapts through problem-solving with eagerness for personal development,” Alexis says; “I am enthusiastic to be a part of such a valued team and for the opportunity to deliver design solutions to our clients in such an impactful field”.
Alexis graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Visual Communication Design from Cal Poly Pomona. Previously, he served as an Intern at Orange County Transportation Authority (OCTA), where he designed digital and print materials, including flyers, brochures, posters, and advertisements that reached an audience across Orange County. Additionally, he contributed to marketing graphics, web visuals and display ads for the company’s corporate website.
“We are thrilled about the addition of Alexis to our team,” said Tripepi Smith CFO, Nicole Smith. “With his expertise in graphic design and background in the local government agency OCTA, we eagerly anticipate witnessing him apply his skills to Tripepi Smith, contributing to our collective growth and success.”
