California Choice Energy Authority (CalChoice) once again partnered with Tripepi Smith to coordinate and design graphic elements for its 2024 All-Member Meeting from September 11-13 in Rancho Mirage. The annual event unites CalChoice’s eight associate member Community Choice Aggregators (CCAs) and partner organizations, encouraging discussions of program updates, regulatory shifts and plans for the organization’s future.
“Our All-Member Meeting is a key event for CalChoice, and we’re thankful to have Tripepi Smith’s collaboration and support with the event,” said CalChoice Energy Programs Manager Kathy Wells. “The team’s attention to detail and seamless support with logistics, marketing and design helped make the event a success.”
Junior Business Analyst Olivia Rizzuto spearheaded the marketing efforts, supported by Senior Business Analyst Karen Villaseñor and Junior Business Analyst Ted Hwang; Junior Graphic Designers Jenna Haubruge, Jessa Laboissonniere and Alexis Mendez, alongside Senior Graphic Designer Sean Talbot, created all graphic elements, while videographer Jeremy Camp photographed the conference.
“We are grateful for the opportunity to be part of the CalChoice All-Member Meeting in a variety of ways, from designing graphic collateral and branded attendee gifts, to handling logistics and coordination,” said Olivia. “It is rewarding to see our efforts contribute to such an impactful event for CalChoice and its members.”
In addition to on-site event support, Tripepi Smith also developed a user-friendly webpage for attendees to easily access the event schedule, hotel details and other essential information.
