Julio Fuentes
Julio Fuentes is the President of the California Redevelopment Association. He currently serves as City Manager in Alhambra and Executive Director of the Alhambra Redevelopment Agency. He has also served on the Board of Directors of the San Gabriel Valley Economic Partnership, a nonprofit corporation representing both public and private sectors in the San Gabriel Valley. Previously, Mr. Fuentes has served as City Administrator for the cities of Pomona and Azusa as well as serving in the City Manager’s office in Monrovia. He began his career in public service as an intern for the City of Cypress.
Mr. Fuentes received a Bachelor’s degree from California State University, Long Beach, and a Master’s degree in Public Administration from the University of Southern California .
