With the company since 1987, Lloyd de Llamas serves as executive chairman of HdL Companies. Mr. de Llamas previously served as city manager for the cities of Monterey Park, Lawndale and Woodlake and as an assistant in Torrance and San Diego. He is past President of the San Gabriel Valley City Manager’s Association and a founding Director of the California Redevelopment Association.
