Victor Manalo, Ph.D. is Associate Professor in the School of Social Work at California State University, Los Angeles, where he teaches undergraduate and graduate students in Social Welfare Policy and Politics, Community Organizing, and the Administration of Social Service agencies.
Dr. Manalo was first elected ot the Artesia City Council in a special election in 2007, and in 2009 he was re-elected to serve a four-year term. He served as Mayor in 2010-2011.
