Founded in 1958 as an outcome of the “Lakewood Plan”, the California Contract Cities Association (CCCA) is comprised of 67 member cities and ten million residents. CCCA hosts municipal seminars, education, and resources to influence policy decisions to advocate the interests of contract cities as well as insure that member cities receive the best service at minimum cost. CCCA is based in Downey, California. |
