Human Services IT Advisory Group (HSITAG) enlisted Tripepi Smith to help coordinate their annual charity event as part of its #HSITAGgivesback campaign.
“For the past three years, Tripepi Smith has played a key role in planning and organizing HSITAG’s virtual events by providing marketing materials, dedicated branding assets, technical Zoom support and event management,” said Executive Director Jennifer Saha. “The team’s attention to detail, creativity and seamless execution were key to making this year’s event a success, ensuring a fun and engaging experience for both game players and the audience.”
Each year, HSITAG’s Charitable Giving Committee organizes a virtual event uniting professionals across the country in the health and human services (HHS) field for charity. This event gives participants the opportunity to raise money for their charity of choice by showcasing their knowledge of the industry through an immersive game show experience.
Senior Business Analyst Sydni Overly, Business Analyst Kylie Sun and Junior Business Analyst Claire Blodget assisted in organizing and promoting this year’s “Are You Smarter Than a 5th Grader? – HSITAG Edition” event. The team developed a unique brand for the event, designed social media graphics, created custom Zoom backgrounds and produced a special HSITAG game logo. In addition, Tripepi Smith developed a run of show, outlining the rules of the game and flow of the event. Team Tripepi Smith held the reins behind the scenes during the webinar, managing the interactive PowerPoint, timer, and answer polling system along with navigating Zoom’s technical logistics.
