Inland Empire, CA –During the California Association of Sanitation Agencies (CASA) Annual Conference, Jasmin A. Hall, Inland Empire Utilities Agency’s (IEUA) Board Vice President, was announced as the new CASA Board Secretary/Treasurer for fiscal year 2019/2020. 

Hall was appointed to CASA’s Board of Directors in 2017. She currently serves on the Board sub-committee for Membership and Recruitment. Prior to serving on the CASA Board, she was a member of the CASA Utilities Leadership Committee.

I look forward to continuing to support CASA’s mission and vision,” said IEUA Board Vice President and CASA Board Secretary/Treasurer Jasmin A. Hall. “CASA is the leading voice for public wastewater agencies on regulatory, legislative and legal issues. Through CASA’s efforts, they help create a clean and sustainable environment for Californians.”

Hall has served on the IEUA Board since October 2013. She serves as Chair of the Agency’s Finance & Administration Committee, Chair of the Community and Legislative Affairs Committee and as an alternate member on the Audit Committee. Hall serves as a director on the Metropolitan Water District of Southern California’s Board, and as IEUA’s representative to the Association of the San Bernardino County Special Districts, California Special Districts Association, Southern California Water Coalition, California Association of Sanitation Agencies, WateReuse Association, and Association of California Water Agencies. Hall is the alternate representative on the Santa Ana Watershed Project Authority Commission and the Inland Empire Regional Composting Authority and serves as President of the Chino Basin Regional Financing Authority.
