Tripepi Smith is proud to announce the promotion of Kaetlyn Hernandez to Senior Business Analyst, effective July 1, 2024.

“From starting at Tripepi Smith as an intern almost four years ago to managing internal marketing for the firm, Kaetlyn has proven to be a rockstar member of this team,” said Tripepi Smith President Ryder Todd Smith. “No matter what we throw her into, Kaetlyn handles the task with grace and efficiency every time. We are excited for all she will accomplish as Senior Business Analyst.”

Kaetlyn graduated from California State University, Fullerton (CSUF) with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Entertainment Arts and a minor in Public Relations. Since joining the Tripepi Smith team, Kaetlyn has received certifications in Constant Contact and Hootsuite and became one of the firm’s Sprout Social experts. Not only does she coordinate Tripepi Smith’s marketing and conference efforts, but she serves as project and account managers on numerous client accounts.
