Senior Business Analyst Kaetlyn Hernandez has been accepted into the Coro Women in Leadership program’s fall 2024 cohort, marking an important milestone in Kaetlyn’s career and learning journey with Tripepi Smith.

“It is with great excitement that I join the fall 2024 Women in Leadership cohort,” said Kaetlyn. “As a woman still early in my career, I have the potential to learn so much from my peers by taking in their unique perspectives and experiences. I’m immensely grateful to be given the opportunity to participate in this program and bring a greater impact to Team Tripepi Smith.”

Coro’s Women in Leadership program delivers a unique approach to leadership and professional development training, delivering long-lasting benefits through the expansion of a participant’s management and negotiation skills and the development of a network of women who support each other. Program participants also gain the unique opportunity to expand their social capital with over 15,000 alumni across all of Coros’ programs.

“Kaetlyn has been an essential member of our team for the past four years, and we sincerely congratulate her on this achievement,” said Tripepi Smith CFO Nicole Smith, who nominated Kaetlyn for the program. “Kaetlyn’s positive attitude toward learning makes us confident that she will succeed as her career progresses.”
