Tripepi Smith is proud to announce the promotion of Kylie Sun to Senior Business Analyst, effective January 2, 2025.

Kylie joined the Tripepi Smith team in 2021 with a breadth of administrative and operational experience under her belt. Her first few months at the firm involved diving into redistricting outreach, executing on Senate Bill 1383 communications and learning the ropes of executive recruitment. Today, Kylie leads the executive recruitment branch of the firm, TS Talent Solutions, alongside Executive Recruiter Christine Martin. Kylie has developed expertise in a number of other areas as well, including video production management, general communications, strategic planning and community engagement. In addition to her client-facing work, she is the firm’s lead Spanish translator, go-to Zoom engineer and occasional voiceover artist.
Her current client list includes the City of Duarte, City of Lakeport, City of Berkeley, City of Laguna Beach, City of Bellflower, City of Carpinteria, City of La Cañada Flintridge, City of Menifee, City of Needles, City of Indian Wells, SHN Engineering, HSITAG and HCAOG.
