National League of Cities Produces a Report on What Cities Should Know About Cybersecurity

The National League of Cities (NLC), done in partnership with the Public Technology Institute (PTI), has prepared a new report to help cities be prepared for cybersecurity and what that could mean for your city. 

The guide includes an extensive guide on discovering how some cities fought back against hackers, learning how your community compares to others in cybersecurity preparedness, and uncovering the top ten ways to improve cybersecurity practices. 

Co-authors of the report include: Kyle Funk- Program Specialist of City Solutions, Cooper Martin- Director of Sustainability & Solutions, Nicole DuPuis- former manager of the Urban Innovation program at NLC’s Center for City Solutions, Alan Shark- the Executive Director and Dale Bowen- Managing Director, Public Technology Institute at CompTIA.
