Rene Farjeat Elevated to Partner at Silver & Wright LLP

Silver & Wright LLP congratulates Rene Farjeat on his promotion to our team of partners, effective August 1.

“Rene’s creativity, attention to detail, passion and proven record of success made offering a place in our firm’s partnership an easy decision,” said Founding Partner Matthew Silver. “Rene’s effective practice involving code enforcement and receiverships as well as his strong leadership skills and dedication to his clients will only enhance our firm’s ability to serve public agencies and local governments across California.”

Farjeat’s practice includes code enforcement, receiverships, police services, land use, zoning and planning, municipal law and litigation, nuisance and graffiti abatement, administrative law, business law and litigation, constitutional law and tort defense. Farjeat also successfully litigates numerous trials, motions for summary judgment, discovery motions, and a vast variety of other civil litigation motions and proceedings throughout California.

“The work we do at Silver & Wright is increasingly important as cities struggle with fiscal limitations because of the pandemic,” Farjeat said. “Moving forward with the firm as a partner, I look forward to continuing to fight for cities, communities and their residents across California.”

Prior to joining the firm in 2016, Farjeat served as the lead attorney in several Civil Litigation departments at a prominent Orange County Commercial Litigation firm. He also hosts webinars through the California Association of Code Enforcement Officers.

Farjeat earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Southern California, Gould School of Law and his undergraduate degree from the University of Southern California.
