Tripepi Smith is pleased to announce the promotion of Peter Johnson to Senior Business Analyst, effective January 2, 2025.
Before joining the firm, Peter served as an assistant editor and senior reporter at the San Luis Obispo New Times, covering topics such as city and county government, the environment and agriculture. At the firm, Peter has leveraged his Bachelor’s degree in Communication from Stanford to build trust in local government by fostering transparency and delivering thoughtful communications within his client communities.

His project management expertise and strategic insights have been pivotal to the success of his accounts, particularly in areas such as media relations, crisis communications, press releases and social media.
