Tripepi Smith is excited to announce the addition of Nicole Weber, Huntington Beach resident, as a Junior Business Analyst, effective January 13, 2025.

Nicole is a writer and creative strategist with a passion for data-driven storytelling. She is a recent graduate from the University of California, Berkeley, earning a degree in Sociology along with a Graduate Certificate in Business and Entrepreneurship. On campus, Nicole was a writing tutor and a five-year varsity member of the rowing team. Her experience with media and analytics, combined with her academic training, allows her to effectively bridge the gap between data and storytelling.
