Tripepi Smith is pleased to welcome Ava Whitehorn, resident of San Diego, to the team as a Junior Business Analyst on April 7, 2025.

Ava is a skilled communicator with a goal-oriented mindset and a strong foundation in strategic outreach. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Communications with a minor in Media and Technology from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo. While at Cal Poly, Ava served as president of Net Impact Consulting, where she sharpened her expertise in communication strategy and client collaboration.

“I am thrilled to join the talented and multifaceted team at Tripepi Smith,” said Ava. “I’ve always been passionate about supporting community development, and I’m eager to pursue that passion while building a diverse skill set. Ava brings with her valuable experience from both the public and private sectors. She interned with the City of Santa Rosa as a Communications and Graphic Design Intern, where she developed content that reflected the unique identity and goals of the community. She also served as an Account Development Representative at Samsara, where she focused on account management and personalized outreach campaigns.
