Tripepi Smith welcomed Quentin Ferrante, a Los Angeles resident, to the team as its Request for Proposal (RFP) Coordinator on April 7, 2025.

Quentin brings a strong foundation in persuasive writing and critical analysis, skills he developed while earning a Bachelor of Arts in English with an emphasis in literary analysis from the University of California, Santa Barbara. He also has a strong background in end-to-end RFP response processes.

Prior to joining the firm, Quentin served as an IT Sales Account Manager at CamNet, Inc. in Albuquerque, New Mexico, where he managed the RFP response process for both government and commercial sector contracts.
