Celina has a BA in Political Science from Whittier College and she has a wealth of experience in fundraising. As the Development Director for Sacred Heart High School, she created and ran a development office that generated over $750,000 per year in scholarship assistance. She also co-directed a $5 million capital building campaign, for which she was able to secure $1.5 million in support within a five-month time span.

During Celina’s tenure with Whittier College as their Assistant Director of Development, she nurtured and preserved relationships with current donors and helped foster new relationships with potential donors.

Celina has also aided in political fundraising for Niko Consulting and the Anthony Rendon AD 63 Campaign. Over the years she has worked with Senate Pro Tem Kevin De Leon, Senator Ricardo Lara, and LACCD Board Trustee Steve Veres. Early in her career, Celina worked as a Field representative for Los Angeles City Councilmember Jose Huizar.
