Holman Capital Corporation (HCC) was created by Lance S. Holman to meet the diverse borrowing needs of federal, state, and local governments and 501 (C) (3) not-for-profits nationwide and the equally diverse investment needs of institutional investors globally. HCC consistently strives to exceed client expectations by providing value-added investment strategies and solutions to assist investors and borrowers with meeting their unique objectives. The company’s primary goal is to become a top lender to public agencies and not-for-profits by embracing an “idea and technology” centric culture, attracting the best talent, redeploying earnings back into the firm, and maintaining client satisfaction as its top priority.

HCC provides ideas and capital to its clients to fund their equipment, technology, real property, infrastructure and energy needs. HCC manages the entire process from inception to close to provide a streamlined funding process, reduce overhead, and enhance project success.

HCC has also developed extensive relationships with nationwide energy service companies to provide value added financing solutions to fund the next generation of renewable energy and building efficiency technologies. The collective goals are to reduce greenhouse gases, slow foreign oil dependency, create jobs, and enhance US competitiveness. HCC’s unique focus in these areas will enable it to address a vital strategic pillar of the US economy with capital infusion and ideas.

Prior to creating HCC, Mr. Holman worked for SunTrust Equipment Finance & Leasing Corp. and Chase Equipment Finance (legacy Banc One Leasing Corporation) originating and structuring tax-exempt lease and debt obligations for public agencies. He has vast experience financing capital equipment, aircraft, real property, technology, infrastructure, and building efficiency transactions with a broad range of borrowers and investors. Before that, Mr. Holman held management positions with Ford Motor Credit in global product strategy and US Bank (legacy First Bank System) in institutional investments. He has nearly 20 years of experience in product development, capital deployment, and institutional investments.

Mr. Holman earned his undergraduate degree in Public Finance at Indiana University and went on to earn his MBA & M.S in Finance at the University of Colorado in 1993. He presently resides in Orange County, CA.
