Troy Brown

Troy Brown

Mr. Brown joined the City of Livermore as the assistant city manager in 2009. He has also served the cities of Elk Grove and Riverside as an assistant city manager. Mr. Brown holds an MPA from California State University – San Bernardino and a B.A. in political science from California State University-Northridge.  Mr. Brown has been a member of the International City/ County Management Association (ICMA) member since 2004 where he has served on several ICMA task forces.
