Brenda Narayan

Brenda Narayan is the Director of Government Relations for MuniServices. She is an expert in the legislative process and a former staffer in the Sacramento Capitol.

Brenda monitors and researches legislation and policy issues that may have a potential impact to the MuniServices’ public agency clients, and is registered as MuniServices’ in-house lobbyist. She is responsible for writing letters to elected officials and developing policy positions (and recommendations) on legislation, and is the primary author of MuniServices’ Policy, Regulatory and Legislative updates.

Brenda offices out of the League of Cities building in Sacramento and can be frequently found at the Capitol or at the Board of Equalization.

Education: BA in Humanities, California State Sacramento, and a Certificate in Leadership and Management from UC Berkeley Extension.
