Gregory Stepanicich is a shareholder in the Public Law Department at Richards, Watson & Gershon with more than 35 years of experience representing local public agencies. Mr. Stepanicich serves as City Attorney for the Cities of Fairfield and Mill Valley, and the Town of Ross and as General Counsel for the Marin Telecommunications Agency, Marin Energy Authority, the San Francisquito Creek Joint Powers Authority and the California Statewide Communities Development Authority.

Previously Mr.  Stepanicich served as City Attorney of Agoura Hills, Beverly Hills, and Seal Beach. He concentrates on the representation of public agencies in a wide range of government law areas, including land use, local taxation and development fees, and telecommunications.

Mr. Stepanicich is the managing shareholder of RW&G’s San Francisco office. Mr. Stepanicich is a trustee of the California City Management Foundation (CCMF) and is also a member of the Urban Land Institute and National Association of Telecommunications Officers and Advisors.
