John Stephens

John Stephens serves as Senior Vice President at Keenan. Mr. Stephens began his career with Arthur J. Gallagher & Co as part of their National College Internship Program before joining Keenan in 1998.

Mr. Stephens oversees the Property & Casualty distribution for Keenan’s Public Agency Division which consists of 800+ public agencies, educational entities and joint powers authorities.  Mr. Stephens  is involved in the corporate design and marketing of Keenan’s proprietary Property & Casualty programs.  Mr. Stephens has hosted several Risk Management Symposiums and has been a featured speaker for several public agency organizations.

Mr. Stephens  has both Fire & Casualty as well as Life & Health licenses in the State of California. He graduated with a degree in Business Administration from California Lutheran University.
