Rod Gould is the Vice President for Management over the west coast division of Management Partners. Mr. Gould served as Santa Monica’s City Manager from 2010 to 2015. Prior to his work in Santa Monica, Mr. Gould held the position of City Manager in Monrovia, San Rafael and Poway, California. Mr. Gould serves on the executive board for ICMA and is finishing his three-year term as their West Coast VP. He is a past President of the League of California Cities, City Managers Department and served on the League’s Board of Directors from 2007-2009. Mr. Gould holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Political Science from Yale University and Master’s degrees in both Public Administration and Education from Harvard University.
